2. Candidate Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and during assessments.
• You agree not to cheat, collaborate inappropriately, or use unauthorized resources during proctored online tests.
• You understand that video interviews and tests may be recorded by potential employers for evaluation purposes.

3. Employer Responsibilities

• You agree to use candidate data solely for the purpose of recruitment and evaluation.
• You will not share candidate information, test results, or interview recordings with unauthorized third parties.
• You are responsible for the content of the jobs you post and ensuring they comply with local labor laws.

4. Platform Usage & Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
• Upload malicious software or viruses.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the platform's performance.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (Employers)

Employer accounts are subject to the subscription fees outlined on our Pricing page. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

6. Termination

ThiranAri reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform, without prior notice.
